Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods such as food, custom products such as special orders, custom orders, or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
No exchanges will be accepted.
Cancellation
You must notify Athletic Promeals 48 hours prior to the delivery of your order. Preferably by Email, and quote your order number. If APM accepts your cancellation, no cancellation fee applies. If Athletic Pro Meals refuses your cancellation,(e.g. preparation of order placed by you has been completed and/or delivery personnel has already been dispatched), we will not be able to refund any order, which has already been dispatched. As a general rule, you shall not be entitled to cancel your order once you have received confirmation from Athletic Pro Meals. If the cancellation was made in time and once Athletic Pro Meals has accepted your cancellation, we will refund or re-credit your debit or credit card with the full amount within 5 days which includes a delivery charge (where applicable) which you paid for the delivery of the Goods or the Services, as applicable. We may cancel a contract/order if the product is not available for any reason. We will notify you if this is the case and return any payment that you have made. However, in the unlikely event of an item on your order being unavailable, we will contact you on the phone number provided to us at the time of placing the order and inform you of such unavailability. In such an event you will be entitled to cancel the entire order and shall be entitled to a refund in accordance without refund policy.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your request for a refund, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
